The Cinderella Project was passed on the the Kappa chapter of Delta Xi Phi, at the University of Alabama. Please contact Delta Xi Phi for information regarding future events.
The goal of the Cinderella Project is to provide a complete prom package, free of charge, to high school girls that may otherwise be unable to attend their prom. This package would include all of the prom essentials, including a dress, dinner, hair styling, and corsage. Think you deserve the prom experience? Talk to your school counselor!
We also hold a Cinderella Project Fundraiser to help cover the costs of the Cinderella Project. This fundraiser will be open to all junior and senior high school girls. New and gently used dresses will be available for just $10, and shoes and accessories will also be available for purchase.

March 31st, 2007
Cinderella Project 2007 took place on March 31st from 1pm until 5pm at the YMCA on Bryant Drive, Tusclaoosa, AL. We are very happy to say that the 2007 event was extremely successful. Our first year doing the event, we weren't sure what to expect. Approximately 30 girls showed up, and only a few left without a dress. Those that could not find dresses still had the opportunity to select accessories, however. We look forward to sponsoring this even again in 2008. A huge thanks goes out to all our 2007 sponsors.
